The guarantee
If Ava gets it wrong, we pay for it
If Ava reads the wrong value from a document, or misses something it should have caught, and that error results in a peer review finding, we compensate the damages and refund every fee you paid on that client.
Damages are capped as set out in the agreement.

How a claim works
When a covered error becomes a peer review finding, send Clark the finding and the supporting engagement record. We review the file against the agreement, confirm whether the claim is covered, and coordinate the compensation due under the guarantee.
